Meet Matt Shaffer, the CEO and Founder of Salient 7, leading a journey that began over 15 years ago with a focus on technology. Recognizing that technology is an enabler for the most valuable outcome—making work life better—Matt is dedicated to enhancing the workplace experience.

For business owners, this means a low-stress life with clear priorities, effective strategies, and a solid plan. For employees, it's about enjoying their job, team, and eliminating frustration through clear responsibilities.

Matt's formula for business success is straightforward:
Great plans + Joyful employees -> Satisfied customers = Business success.

This alignment forms the basis for developing self-management, team management, and leadership skills.

Matt believes many organizations miss out on unlocking their full potential by not integrating best practices and effective people strategies. For him, the key is the alignment of employee engagement, technology, and a management framework.

Kevin D. Monroe
CEO & Founder
Meet Kevin Monroe: Gratitude Expert. Kevin's journey with gratitude began in childhood with polite manners and evolved significantly after a mentor suggested he start each day by acknowledging three things he was thankful for. It wasn’t until he faced a period of depression in early 2018 that he discovered the profound power of gratitude and embraced it as a lifestyle.

Realizing his earlier expressions of gratitude were superficial, Kevin started incorporating deeper gratitude practices into his work, from speaking engagements to coaching and his podcast. In June 2019, inspired by his podcast's 100th episode, he launched a 10-Day Gratitude Challenge. The challenge quickly gained traction, with nearly 300 participants and a waitlist of 100 by day two. This success led to global growth, with over 2,000 participants from more than 50 countries by the 10th session.

As the pandemic brought new opportunities, Kevin expanded his offerings to include Gratitude Encounters—interactive experiences for private groups and companies.
A graduate of Gonzaga University with a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and an undergraduate degree in theology from Mercer University, Kevin is a Fellow with Creating the Future and The Colson Center. He resides in Woodstock, Georgia, where he enjoys being a husband, father, grandfather, friend, creator, and gratitude guide.

Join us as we talk about the transformative power of gratitude, and the impact it can have on any business.
